Basic Entrepreneurial Program (BEP) is a 3-month course designed to help MSMEs clarify foundational elements of their business. Ideally suited for entrepreneurs with 0-5 years’ experience or with annual turnover less than $25,000, the course covers 3 major themes: Problem/Product, Strategy and Finances.
The BEP course structure was designed to increase knowledge, aid practical business application; promote collaboration and student accountability. This was achieved through the following methods:
Increase knowledge
Easy-to-understand live facilitation sessions with practical examples, including Q/A sessions.
Aid Practical Application
Hands-on Assignment that triggers students to contextualize their learning in their businesses.
Promote Collaboration
Collaborative peer projects where peer group members worked together to help one another’s business.
Aid Student’s Accountability
Each peer group was assigned a course administrator (ONE Coach) who keeps relationships with students and attends to their every course needs.
