2024: A Year of Impact and Innovation
2024 marked our 6th year of driving transformation. This was a year of strategic growth: from securing an international grant with the Derby Entrepreneurship Centre at Tufts University, to piloting new leadership within our core team, to launching innovative policy advocacy initiatives aimed at driving systemic change for MSMEs in Africa.

2023 was a truly monumental year for ONE Foundation as we celebrated 5 years of driving impact, innovation, and empowerment. It was a year where we not only reflected on our legacy but also deepened our commitment to shaping the future of entrepreneurship and youth empowerment in Nigeria.
2022 – A Year of Giant Strides
2022 marked a defining chapter in our journey. We proudly partnered with the U.S. Department of State through the Reciprocal Exchange Grants, hosting 20 entrepreneurs in a transformative four-day investment readiness program — Countdown to Capital. It wasn’t just a year of numbers; it was a year of people, partnerships, and possibilities.
2021 Annual Impact Report
2021 was a year of resilience and growth for ONE Foundation. From a young woman in Kano who secured her first tech internship to a rural entrepreneur in Ekiti who scaled her agribusiness with our support, our programs continue to drive stories of transformation across Nigeria and beyond. 2021 saw stronger collaborations with local and international organizations, including strategic alliances that enabled us to broaden our reach and amplify our collective impact.
